Brandon Does: Houlihan’s ‘Better For You’ Menu

Houlihan’s Restaurants has debuted its ‘Better for You’ menu nationwide featuring six low-calorie, low-carbohydrate, low-sugar and high-protein options, as well as two specialty waters and two cheat-day offerings!

The new menu gives guests the opportunity to indulge in flavor-packed appetizers, entrées, desserts and sparkling flavored waters without over-indulging their calorie count. All menu offerings will be available for a limited time at Houlihan’s restaurants nationwide. Prices and offerings may vary at select locations.

 

New Menu Items

Grilled Chicken Wings: drizzled with housemade Cuban mojo sauce and cotija cheese, $10.95

Houlihan’s Mediterranean Black Bean Dip

Mediterranean Black Bean Dip (V)*: Kalamata olives, feta cheese, extra virgin olive oil. Served with lavosh crackers, cucumbers and carrots, $8.95

Grilled Shrimp and Jalapeno Sausage Mojo (GS)*: garlic-citrus marinated roma tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper and baked potato. Grilled and brushed with housemade Cuban mojo sauce, $15.95

Pan-Roasted Chicken and Spiralized Sweet Potato ‘Linguine’ (GS)*: with poblano crema sauce and crisp bacon dust, $12.95

Houlihan’s Grilled Mediterranean Chicken

Grilled Mediterranean Chicken (GS)*: frenched chicken breast and drummette marinated and grilled, white bean salad with pancetta, garlic, thyme, grape tomatoes and organic kale-spinach- chard blend, $12.95

Houlihan’s Steak Enchiladas with Mexican Street Corn

Steak Enchiladas with Mexican Street Corn: grilled top sirloin, housemade enchilada sauce and sour cream. Served with chorizo and cheese stuffed poblano pepper and elote-style corn, $16.50

Bite-Size Pot de Crème (GS)*: Vanilla Ginger, Chocolate Rhubarb or Bourbon Butterscotch Brûlée. $1.50 each | $4 flight of 3

Brownie Batter Cake: smothered in warm fudge, $5.00

Houlihan’s Restaurants is partnering with Be Mixed, an all-natural, sugar-free, zero-calorie beverage mixer founded by two Harvard Business School graduates and female entrepreneurs, to offer specialty waters across Houlihan’s Restaurants nationwide until April. The flavor enhancer is also being offered as a healthy cocktail mixer for calorie-conscious guests.

Houlihan’s is the first restaurant company to offer Be Mixed beverages outside of independent restaurants in New York City. Be Mixed can be found in Whole Foods, King’s, Shop Rite and other specialty retailers.
