From chandeliers to street lamps, every nook + cranny of The Eberhard is precisely decorated-no detail goes unnoticed. With a sixty five foot bar that stretches almost the length of the dinning room you’re sure to get prompt service!
Who can beat a $15 Bucket of Beer (5 beers). That’s a steal, especially for Uptown! Hello Monday Night Football! 👋🏻🏈
We began the meal with the Hummus Duo, something on the lighter side since we will after all be partaking in a bucket of beer. If I am being honest I didn’t expect this dish to blow my mind so color me surprised when this happened to be the finest hummus spread I’ve had! From the delicately soft pita to the fresh veggies & perfectly flavored hummus, don’t be surprised if you bump into me at The Eberhard with the Hummus Duo in tow.
Steak is a classic American dish, something simple yet so easy to mar. The Eberhard sears a mean steak! Complete with roasted potatoes, grilled aspagus + corn this Angus flat iron is a no-brainer for red meat idolizers. The chimichurri itself adds bright color + brighter flavor;
Props to Chef Jonathan Weisman! 👏🏻
Another classic, a 🍔! A half pound of certified Angus patty topped with lettuce, tomato, onion + pickle between two dreamy buns make up the Farmhouse Burger. (I added fresh jalapeño to mine for an extra punch. 👊🏻) The full patty + generous slice of cheese make this burger a succulent affair. My only semi-grumble, I ordered the burger medium rare.
So come for the food + Chef Jonathan Weisman, come for the chandeliers + nightlife and come for cheap drinks + sports!
Stay hungry, Dallas.
