It’s Hot. These Are Cold. Proceed Accordingly.

Summer will be here before you know it—and obviously summer comes early here in Texas—so to combat the impending heat wave, Truck Yard is launching a new menu full of cold, delicious, summertime drinks. With sparkling mimosas and refreshing shandies, no one’s going thirsty on Truck Yard’s watch, so leave yourself in the capable hands of the bartenders and you’ll be drinking well all summer long.

This is what you’re working with:

  • Bucket O’ Mimosas: A bottle of sparkling wine, plus your choice of two mixers—blood orange, grapefruit, guava and pomegranate
  • Summer Here, Summer There: Shock Top beer, Deep Eddy’s Peach Vodka and lemon
  • Bad Blood: Revolver Blood & Honey beer with blood orange shandy
  • Not Your Father’s Root Beer Float: Spiked root beer and ice cream (available when Motor Sisters is open)

Clearly Truck Yard cares about your hydration. So gather some friends and make a day (or night) of it as we keep the summer heat at bay with this arsenal of delicious drinks.

And because people need to eat, Truck Yard will be kicking off Sunday brunch on May 1st, with food trucks serving all of your brunch favorites between 11am and 2pm. Of course, patrons can continue to get their fill of delicious cheesesteaks from Truck Yard’s in-house cheesesteak shack, plus lunch, dinner and snacks from the rotating array of trucks every day of the week.
